Loud Ballers — Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all Loud Ballers Holiday Camps. It forms part of your agreement with LOUDCO LTD trading as Loud Ballers (company no. 16603075), together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking and payment

1.1. Camp places can be booked as individual days or as a complete camp. Full payment is required at the time of booking — your child's place is secured only once payment is received.

1.2. Camps have a capacity limit per day. If a day is full, you can join the waiting list and we will contact you if a place becomes available.

2. Cancellations by you

2.1. More than 7 days before the camp starts: you may cancel for a full account credit, or transfer your booking free of charge to another available camp.

2.2. 7 days or fewer before the camp starts: bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If we are able to resell your place, we will issue an account credit for the amount paid less a £5 administration charge.

2.3. Non-attendance — including illness or a change of plans — is not refunded, credited or transferable.

2.4. Exceptional circumstances remain at Loud Ballers' discretion.

3. Cancellations by us

If Loud Ballers cancels a camp day (for example venue closure or unsafe weather), you will receive a full refund or account credit for the affected day — your choice.

4. Account credits

Account credits are held on your Loud Ballers account and can be used against any future camp or programme booking. Credits are not redeemable for cash.

5. Camp day essentials

Drop-off from 9:50am; collection at 3:00pm sharp. Early drop-off and late collection are not available. Every day, please bring: packed lunch, plenty of water, football boots or astro trainers, shin pads and weather-appropriate clothing.

6. Records

Your acceptance of this policy is recorded against the parent, child, booking, date and the version of the policy accepted.
