Loud Ballers — Terms & Conditions

Loud Ballers is a trading name of LOUDCO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16603075) ("Loud Ballers", "we", "us"). These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings of Loud Ballers programmes, sessions and camps made through our website or booking system. By completing a booking you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and — where applicable — our Membership & Cancellation Policy and Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. Bookings and accounts

1.1. All bookings are made online through our booking system. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email and, where payment is required at booking, when payment has been received.

1.2. You must provide accurate and complete information at registration, including your child's date of birth, school year, emergency contact details and any relevant medical information, and keep it up to date through your Parent Zone account.

1.3. Programmes have age or school-year eligibility. We may cancel a booking that does not meet the stated eligibility for the selected group.

2. Programmes and sessions

2.1. Regular weekly programmes run during London Borough of Barnet school term time only. There are no regular sessions during school holidays or on days we notify in advance.

2.2. Holiday camps run during school holidays and are governed additionally by the Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2.3. Some programmes (including Team Membership and Tuesday Elite) are invitation-only and are not open for public booking.

2.4. Please arrive 10 minutes before the session start. Children should bring football boots or astro trainers, shin pads, a filled water bottle and weather-appropriate clothing. We may refuse participation without appropriate footwear or shin pads if we consider it unsafe.

2.5. We may occasionally need to change a venue, coach or session time. We will give as much notice as reasonably possible.

3. Payments

3.1. Monthly memberships are collected by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month via our payment provider. Membership terms, family pricing and cancellation rules are set out in the Membership & Cancellation Policy.

3.2. Pay-per-session programmes (including Tuesday Elite): each session is booked and paid individually online at the time of booking. A place is confirmed only once payment is made. Session bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, including in the case of non-attendance, except at Loud Ballers' discretion. If Loud Ballers cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or account credit.

3.3. Holiday camps are paid in full at booking. Refunds and transfers are governed by the Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3.4. If a payment fails, we may retry collection and contact you to resolve it. We may suspend participation while payments remain outstanding.

4. Health, safety and behaviour

4.1. You must tell us about any medical conditions, allergies or additional needs relevant to your child's safe participation, at registration and whenever they change.

4.2. Emergency medical treatment is covered by the separate consent you give at registration.

4.3. We expect players and parents to treat coaches, venue staff and other families with respect. We may suspend or cancel a booking, without refund, where behaviour puts the safety or enjoyment of others at risk.

4.4. Parents/guardians are responsible for drop-off and collection at the stated times. For camps, early drop-off and late collection are not available.

5. Photography and video

Photo and video consent is a separate, optional choice made at registration and can be changed at any time by contacting us. We will never make participation conditional on photo/video consent.

6. Liability

6.1. We accept responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and nothing in these Terms limits any liability which cannot be limited by law.

6.2. Football is a physical activity and carries a normal risk of knocks and injuries. Subject to clause 6.1, we are not responsible for injuries arising from ordinary participation, nor for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to venues.

7. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Records of the consents and policy acceptances you give at booking are stored against your account and booking.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and apply from the date stated in the notice. The version you accepted is recorded with your booking.

9. Contact and governing law

Questions about these Terms: contact us at [contact email]. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
