Loud Ballers — Membership & Cancellation Policy

‍ ‍

This policy applies to monthly membership programmes: Barnet PDC, Saturday Academy and Team Membership. It forms part of your agreement with LOUDCO LTD trading as Loud Ballers (company no. 16603075), together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. How membership works

1.1. Membership is a rolling monthly subscription collected by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month. It continues until cancelled in accordance with this policy.

1.2. Membership covers the weekly term-time sessions of the programme you joined. Sessions follow the London Borough of Barnet school calendar — there are no sessions during school holidays. The monthly fee is the same every month and already reflects the term-time schedule across the year.

1.3. A membership gives access only to the programme it was purchased for. A player attending two programmes (for example Team Membership and Saturday Academy) needs two separate memberships.

1.4. Team Membership includes both weekly training sessions (Wednesday and Friday). The £350 team season fee (matches, referee fees, matchday coaching) is separate and is not collected through this system.

2. Pricing and family discount

2.1. Membership is £60 per month per child.

2.2. Families with more than one child in the same programme pay: two children £110, three children £150, four children £180 per month. The discount applies within a single programme only and does not combine across different programmes. Tuesday Elite and holiday camps are excluded from family pricing.

2.3. Joining part-way through a month: your first payment is calculated pro-rata from the sessions remaining in that month; your normal monthly payment then starts on the 1st of the following month.

2.4. We may change membership prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.

3. Minimum commitment and cancellation

3.1. Barnet PDC and Saturday Academy memberships have a minimum commitment of three monthly payments. After your third monthly payment you may cancel at any time, with no additional notice period — your membership ends at the end of the last month you have paid for.

3.2. Team Membership has no minimum commitment and may be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the paid month.

3.3. To cancel, [contact us at [contact email] / use your Parent Zone account]. Cancelling your Direct Debit mandate alone does not cancel your membership — please tell us as well, so we can close your place properly and offer it to the waiting list.

4. Missed sessions

Missed membership sessions are not refunded, credited or transferable, and there are no make-up sessions. Your membership pays for your child's reserved place in the group, which we hold for them all season.

5. Sessions cancelled by Loud Ballers

If we have to cancel a session (for example venue closure or unsafe weather), we will tell you as soon as possible and, where reasonably practicable, arrange a replacement session. Where no replacement is possible, we may apply a pro-rata credit at our discretion. (DRAFT NOTE for Louis: your spec doesn't define this case for memberships — please confirm or amend this clause.)

6. Suspending or ending a membership by us

We may suspend or end a membership where payments remain outstanding after reasonable attempts to resolve them, or in the circumstances described in the behaviour clause of our Terms & Conditions.

7. Records

Your acceptance of this policy is recorded against the parent, child, booking, date and the version of the policy accepted.
